0. CONSULTANT ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT
This Consultant Engagement Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on [Date] between: Connex Corporate Ltd, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (“Company” or “Connex”), and [Consultant Name], of [Consultant Address] (“Consultant”).
1. Appointment
Connex engages Consultant to provide specialist services remotely in [area of expertise]. Consultant is an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of Connex.
2. Services & Obligations
Consultant shall: (a) Deliver consultancy projects assigned via the Connex Consultant Portal. (b) Perform duties with reasonable skill and professional care. (c) Comply with Connex Corporate’s policies and client confidentiality obligations.
3. Fees & Payment
(a) Consultant shall be compensated at rates published in the Connex Corporate Consultant Price List (Annex 1). (b) Payments will be made monthly in arrears, upon invoice submission. (c) Taxes and insurance obligations are the sole responsibility of Consultant.
4. Confidentiality
Consultant shall not disclose any proprietary or client information.
5. Intellectual Property
All project outputs created for Clients remain the property of the Client, subject to full payment.
6. Term & Termination
This Agreement continues until terminated by either Party with 14 days’ notice. Connex may terminate immediately for misconduct, breach, or negligence.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
